A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
This paper discusses the Venturi tube and gives the coefficients of discharge and losses of head determined from a series of actual tests, made under the direction of the writer, of nineteen tubes ranging in size from 30 in. to 1 in. There is also given in the paper results of tests of eight tubes, obtained by other experimenters.
