A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Research on Intelligent Construction and Integration Management of a Large-Scale Construction Enterprise Based on BIM Technology
According to the characteristics of each project, how to promote the project construction, which has become a key issue need to be solved. This paper is based on the “intelligent construction” theory, application of BIM, and three-dimensional imaging technology, through establishing the “intelligent construction” based on BIM management platform system so as to integrate the project design, organization, technology, and resources of the whole process, and then to realize the delicacy and informatization management of engineering projects. Research show that BIM as the carrier of the “intelligent construction,” the project management is integrated into the project management integrated information platform, which provides a solution for the project “intelligent” management and sustainable development of large construction enterprises.
