The Reinforced Concrete Bridge Across the Hudson River at Sandy Hill, New York
The bridge across the Hudson River at Sandy Hill, N. Y., is a reinforced concrete structure built jointly by the Counties of Saratoga and Washington and the Union Bag and Paper Company, whose extensive paper and pulp mills are located on both sides of the river in close proximity to the bridge. The structure is to serve for both highway and passenger traffic and for the transportation of materials, either raw or finished, between the mills and the railway tracks on either side of the river.
