Deformations of Buildings and a Problem of Operation of the Bases in Norilsk Area
Are represented the results of full-scale searches, calculations and theoretical studies of the state of the large construction of those subjected to deformations in connection with the disturbance of geocryological and geo-ecological situation. Are revealed differences in the stability of the construction, elevated on different types of foundations in by Norilsk industrial region. The influence of the different types of the negative technogenic effects including heating and engineering actions is established. The procedure of observations and calculations for the forecast and undertaking the necessary measures is presented. During the last decade, the problem of stability of buildings and constructions in permafrost zone has been significantly aggravated. The complex research in order to establish the reasons of decreasing of bearing capacity of perennially frozen bases have been carried out. In has been found out that the main reasons of deformations are negative technogenic effect on the geocryological and geoecological environment while the global climate warming up effect on the bearing capacity of frozen bases hasn't been stated. Are developed and experimentally tested thoroughly complex engineer operations on the stabilization of situation in by Norilsk region, and also the specific technologies on strengthening of the frozen soils of bases. Such basic measures are: 1) the application of artificial cooling of soils, using liquid and vapor-liquid thermosiphons together with cooling of near-surface ground layer by air; 2) the cementation of local talics; 3) static depression of piles into the soil by powerful jacks, and also an improvement in the contact of foundations with the permafrost species; 4) new technologies of padding and reconstruction of underground collectors for the engineering communications; 5) increasing of ventilation of cold bases; 6) the equipment of mounds by antifiltration screens; 7) monitoring of the snow cover regime in built up areas; 8) arrangement of the run-off of rain and flood water. Reliability and safety of the operation of objects ensure accounting for a change in the geocryological situation together with the effective methods of construction of buildings and facilities on the pile foundations.
