Comprehensive Design Collaborative Dynamic Mechanism and Owner Incentive
According to the research and problems existing in the comprehensive design, this paper constructs a comprehensive design collaborative operation mechanism framework based on the typical industrial park infrastructure projects. It reflects the information and resource flow direction of the comprehensive design model and provides guidance for the infrastructure construction of large-scale parks. Then this paper uses the complex system theory to construct the “B-Z” reaction model and the logistic dynamic analysis model. The dynamic evolution of the comprehensive design collaborative mechanism under the incentive of the owner is studied. Using the data of a typical industrial park, the influence of the incentive strength of the owner on the dynamic evolution of the collaborative mechanism is simulated. The results indicate that there is a clear relationship between the incentive intensity of the owner and the collaborative performance. When the large-scale infrastructure design collaborative mechanism is built, the owner’s support can improve the efficiency of the collaborative mechanism.
