The extent to which there is just cause for such doubts, and whether or not the cause can be removed by revision of practice, it is hoped this discussion will assist in disclosing. The speaker himself does not hope to contribute more than the suggestion of a few points, which, in his limited experie nce with the system, struck him as being in need of discussion and elucidation.
