Method of Revising Hinged Slabs of Simply Supported Slab Bridges Considering Deck Pavement from the Perspective of Spatial Analysis
In order to analyze lateral distribution coefficients of hinged slab bridges more accurately with regard to deck pavement resisting forces together. Deck pavement and precast slab are considered as composite beam, analytical solution of a composite beam with regard to deck pavement resisting forces together under vertical half-wave sinusoidal load is deduced based on bond-slip theory and conditions of displacement compatibility. Force method equation of the method of revising hinged slabs for transverse influence line is deduced with deflection curve calculation formula which calculated by analytical solution. Analytical expression of the method of revising hinged slabs considering deck pavement is obtained. The transverse influence line of the fabricated simply supported slab bridges assembly are calculated under vertical half-wave sinusoidal load based on above theory. And the lateral distribution coefficients of simply supported slab bridges are calculated with transverse influence line revised. The lateral distribution coefficients revised is compared with those of slab bridges without regard to deck pavement and the calculation error is about 5.1%. The results showed that the method of revising hinged slab is a new more accurate method for spatial analysis of simply supported slab bridges.
