A Study on the Factors and Management Strategy of Traffic Block Incidents on National Highway
This paper classified the major factors of traffic block incidents on national highway, which is based on the recent 3 years of national highway block incident data. In addition, the major causes of highway block incidents in different areas and time periods were compared and analyzed. Finally, according to the spatial and time distribution of highway block incidents, some operation management strategies were proposed for highway network management agencies.
