Research on Integrated Flooding Risks and Flooding Risk Mapping
The shanghai city has been classified into several portions according to the different characters of rainfall runoff- and storm tide-induced disasters based on principles in calamity science, factors caused disaster through single factor analytical method. The research focus is the regions hit by storm tides. Simulation model of dynamic dyke break has been coupled with hydrological flood routing model. The integrated risks combined with flood natural risk and flood control engineering vulnerability were analyzed, in which the assessment method has been given using the fuzzy mathematics and probabilistic method. Finally, the flooding risk map was drawn on the platform of GIS. This paper provides a research framework for future research of integrated risk analysis, models and strategies for flood control.
