Research on the Innovation of Government Investment Projects Management Model under BIM Situation
The application and promotion of BIM provides a new train of thought to improve the investment efficiency and management level for the Chinese government investment projects. But the practice has proved that there is a big obstacle on the benefit and value of BIM technology from traditional project management models. The paper summarizes the government investment project management models and analyses the problems of the application of BIM under traditional government investment project management models, and then puts forward to change the traditional models’ environment that each stage split to each other and each participant in their own way from the IPD concept, it provides a reference for the promoting of BIM technology in the government investment projects.
