Asphalt blowing unit is designed in this Bachelor’s degree thesis. 300 000 tons per year of vacuum rectification residue is processed to asphalt. Bitumen is produced by the continuous oxidation of the raw material using ambient oxygen. Unit works 330 days per year in continuous regimen. Technological calculations of main unit`s devices were made. Unit`s material ant heat balances were also calculated. Environmental problems of asphalt blowing unit were considered and resolved. Safety of workers was guaranteed by clearing out the instruction of actions in unit`s area.
