Historical City Centers and their Significance
The purpose of the study is to determine the stages of development of the historical cities of Uzbekistan and to develop recommendations for their restoration. Tasks of the research: study and analysis of the structural structure of historical cities; determining the stages of emergence and development of squares in cities; As the object of the research, the Registon squares formed in the historical cities of Samarkand, Bukhara, Tashkent and Karshi of Uzbekistan and the architectural monuments located in them were covered. The subject of the research is the structural structures, architectural-planning solutions and laws of the historical cities. Research methods. Research methods such as statistical, comparative, historical sources, manuscript and archival materials, analysis of projects of architectural monuments, graphic restoration were used in the research. This article describes the development processes of Central Asian cities. In this, the processes of emergence and development of historical cities located in Central Asia, in particular Samarkand, Karshi, Shahrisabz, Bukhara, Khiva, Tashkent and other cities, are revealed.
