Organizational Conflict Management Methods and its Relationship with Administrative Creativity at School Principals in Karak Governorate from Their Point of View
This study aimed at investigating the relationship between organizational conflict management methods and its relationship to administrative creativity of managers and directors of Government schools in Karak. The goal of the study achieved by questionnaire which was developed and distributed to the study sample consisting of (225) principals. Results showed that the area overall methods of conflict management came high degree, and there is no significant differences in the methods of conflict management attibuted to gender and experience, and the existence of differences in the methods of conflict management attibuted to academic qualifiecation. The study also pointed out that the area overall creativity administrative came highly, and no significant differences in the administrative Innovation total attributed to gender and qualification, and the existence of significant differences in administrative Innovation total attributed to the experience. A positive relationship was significant at the significance level (α ≤ 0.01) between the methods of conflict management and its dimensions and administrative innovation and dimensions. Recommendation of the study in light of these results increased attention to managers rehabilitation through educational development programs, and training on methods of administrative leadership, and attending training programs to develop their creative skills, to familiarize them with the new innovations in education, especially in the field of school administration.
