The multi-apartment house renovation (modernization) program is one of the largest priority projects in the country, which aims to increase the energy efficiency of multi-apartment houses that consume the most heat energy. The aim is to prepare an apartment building in Rumpiškės str. 28, Klaipeda, renovation (modernization) project. Project implementation methods: analysis of scientific literature and normative construction technical documents, analysis of construction solutions and technological processes, design, comparative calculations. In the final work a multi-apartment residential building Rumpiškės str. 28, Klaipeda, renovation (modernization) project. Structural solutions, construction materials and products for the designed building were analyzed and selected.
