Manajemen Kearsipan Dinamis Pada Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa
This research was carried out at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of Minahasa Regency. This study aims to find out, 1) Dynamic Archive Management, 2) What are the factors that affect Dynamic Archive Management at the Office of the Regional Revenue Agency of Minahasa Regency. In Dynamic Archive Management, it is seen from the management of dynamic archives itself. Dynamic Archive Management according to Government Regulation number 28 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 43 of 2009 concerning archives In Article 31 Dynamic Archive Management includes: Archive Creation, Archive Use, Archive Maintenance, and Archive Shrinkage. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that in general, dynamic archive management is seen from the management of dynamic archives at the office of the Minahasa Regency Regional Revenue Agency, including : 1) Creation of dynamic archives which include incoming and outgoing letters. 2) the use of dynamic archives. 3) Dynamic archive maintenance. 4) Dynamic archive shrinkage which is carried out once a year. Factors that affect dynamic archive management include: 1) Archive Storage System. 2) Archival Facilities. 3) Wisdom Officer. 4) Archival Work Environment
