A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Statybos planavimo metodų efektyvumo tyrimas / ; Research on the efficiency of construction scheduling methods.
In the final Master’s project the efficiency of construction project planning/scheduling methods is explored. The most popular and widely used planning/scheduling methods as well as their adaptation and implementation in construction projects are presented in this thesis. The survey and comparison analysis of planning methods was conducted in the projects. In the practical thesis part the application of two different planning methods in a new construction project is examined. The research explores Critical Path and LBMS methods while evaluating the efficiency of MS Project and VICO Office software. The conducted results are examined in the aspect of their user. The preferences of users are evaluated by applying organoleptic research.
