A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Analisis Kerusakan Struktur Dan Arsitektur Pada Bangunan Gedung (Studi Kasus: Gedung F Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi)
Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi’s building is used as a place for academic activities where the intensity of its user activities is so high. Several damage in that building causes the buiding function is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of damage and determine the estimated costs needed to carry out maintenance on the F building in Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi.This research method is using quantitative method. The research began from determining the object of research, data collection, determine the level of damage to buildings, and calculate the estimated cost for maintenance of building. The result of research conducted on the F building in Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi is classified as low damage, which is 6,5 % where the number is below the maksimum value, which is < 35 %. Based on the calculation result, the estimated cost needed for maintenance on that building is Rp. 179.201.177,42.
