PEMBUATAN DAN PENGUJIAN KINCIR ANGIN DAYA 300WATT
The utilization of renewable energy sources such as wind energy is necessary dikembangkatkan today. One of the utilization of wind energy is the use of wind energy using a wind turbine Savonius. Savonius wind turbine can receive wind from any direction because it uses a vertical axis. The bill, which was overcooked necessary because very influential in the process of making these wind turbines. In the manufacturing process, the selection process needs to be done very suitable in the manufacture of wind turbines. This wind turbine testing done on one of the Faculty of Industrial Technology Bung Hatta University in Padang. BMKG data from Minangkabau International Airport, the wind speed data obtained in 2017 at 5 m / s. Because the testing of wind turbines, wind speed big influence to achieve maximum performance. The parameters were noted in testing is the wind speed (v), shaft speed (n), the current is raised alternator (I), and the voltage generated alternator (Volt). So we get the comparisons and the power generated by the alternator. The smallest power generated alternator is 40 Watt and 68,8Watt power is greatest.
