In this master‘s thesis organizational solutions for residential apartment building complexes were analyzed. For this purpose, in the literature review, analysis and the pros and cons of different organizational solutions were determined. The thesis has two different residential apartment building complexes construction price estimates with 10 different construction organizational solutions. Of these, four organizational variants have been selected in which the whole complex construction is carried out. An expert survey was used to determine the most rational organization of construction. Using the expert pair comparison method, a priority criteria for evaluation was drawn up. Considering the ranks of the criteria and evaluation of construction organizational decisions, the multi-criteria „COPRAS“ method has been established as the most rational organizational solution for the construction of an apartment building complex. Master's thesis consists of 79 pages, 24 pictures, 11 tables and 7 annexes.
