The aim of the paper has been to draw up a project of commercial building near Kaunas castle roundabout after evaluating the nature conditions of the building site, present construction and arrangement, employment, engineering infrastructure, valuables of natural and cultural heritage, visual properties of the site and contextual surroundings landscape.
