Object: Tourism object sustainable development evaluation. Investigating problem: How to evaluate the sustainable development of tourism object. Aim: Evaluate the sustainable development of tourism object. Work targets: 1. To present the essence of the concept of the sustainable development. 2. To rate advantages and disadvantages of the sustainable tourism evaluation methods. 3. To analize examination level in the sustainable tourism. 4. To prepare the sustainable development evaluation model of adventure park. 5. Identify the adventure park sustainable development dimensions level. Methods: Scientific literature analysis, half standardized (structured) interview, qualitative content analysis. Conclusion and the main results: 1. Each of the authors defines sustainable development differently, but all of them defines the idea that it is a process which comprises economic, environmental, social dimensions and management of them. For using the sustainable development process in tourism objects it is possible to reach that the economic benefits would be obtainet without doing any harm to environment with considering to local people‘s social and cultural prosperity. 2. The criterias of global sustainable tourism as sustainability assessment methodology advantages: the assessment methodology is easy and flexible, and it could be modified and applied to different tourism objects in companies and regions, assessment criterias are smallest. The weakness: there is no defined united meaning of evaluating system and there is not defined how the results has to be presented. 3. With a help of literature analysis there were revealed the problem of that the sustainability researhes is baised of a developed countries results and assessment of them mainly. 4. The evaluation model is made with based on according global sustainable tourism criterias. The advantages of evaluation model are such as that the evaluation could be made not only in wide meaning but also in a narrow meaning, that means that there could be evaluated not just dimensions of sustainability, but also these criterias which makes a better analysis of current situation and possible oppportunities.
