The final master thesis analyzes the five alternatives, buildings. They are valued according to harmony with the environment methods BREEAM and LEED. Alternatives also are considered by the investor and the user position. The results are obtained by multiple criteria methods ARAS and SAW. Priorities of criteria are set with AHP method. Priority lines of alternatives are calculated and determined which alternative rational from the investor aspects, and witch one is most rational from user aspects. The results are compared with harmony with the environment assessment methods, monitoring if better ranked buildings are attractive to one of the group. In order to assess the possibilities the renovation of buildings, chosen the most rational and the most effective tools which gives the building better harmony with the environment that let achieve higher rating for the buildings according to BREEAM and LEED methods. It lets reduce pollution and efficient use of resources. The work consists of 11 parts: content, abbreviations, illustrations and tables list, introduction, building coherence between the environmental assessment system, multi-renovation measures of sustainability assessment under BREEAM and LEED methods of analysis of the potential alternatives, conclusions, bibliography and appendices. Work size: 84 p. text without appendixes, 19 figures, 53 tables, 32 references. Separately added appendixes.
