ABSTRACT.The design of the Education Office of Gorontalo City with the application of tropical architecture upholds the values of sustainability and comfort. The design considers local climate aspects, maximizes natural lighting, and uses eco-friendly materials. Open spaces and good ventilation are utilized to minimize the use of artificial cooling. The use of natural elements such as plants and water is integrated into the design to create a cool and comfortable working environment for the occupants. Therefore, this design of the Education Office combines the beauty of tropical architecture with environmental sustainability for the comfort and well-being of its users.  Keywords: Office, Department of Education, Tropical Architecture
