Die zunehmende ganzheitliche Betrachtung von Gebäuden erfordert den Zusammenschluss unterschiedlicher Disziplinen und die Entwicklung neuer Methoden. Vor diesem Hintergrund wurde eine Methode zur Kombination der mathematischen Optimierung und der Building Performance Simulation (BPS) entwickelt, die die Vorteile beider Disziplinen verbindet. Mit Hilfe dieser kombinierenden Methodik können auf einfache und erweiterbare sowie zukunftsfähige und nutzerbezoge Art und Weise thermisch-energetische und ökonomische Optimierungen von Gebäuden durchzuführen werden. ; Due to the increasing importance of holistic building assessments, interdisciplinary approaches as well as the development of new methods and tools is necessary. Against this background, an assessment method, which combines mathematical optimization and building performance simulation (BPS) has been developed. This method combines the advantages of both disciplines and enables simple, expandable, future-oriented as well as user-specific optimization of buildings from a thermal- energy and economic point of view.
