ANALISIS PELAYANAN PENDAFTARAN OBJEK PAJAK BARU PAJAK BUMI DAN BANGUNAN PERDESAAN DAN PERKOTAAN (PBB-P2) KOTA BENGKULU (Studi Pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bengkulu)
This research was conducted at the Bengkulu City Regional Revenue Agency. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax services of Bengkulu City at the Bengkulu City Regional Revenue Agency and to find out what obstacles are faced by Bengkulu City Regional Revenue Agency employees in providing excellent service to taxpayers. The subject of this research is Bengkulu City taxpayer. This research aspect is guided by the Decree of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment Number 63 of 2003, namely Simplicity, Time Certainty, Responsibility, Completeness of facilities and infrastructure, Ease of Access, Discipline, Courtesy and Hospitality. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis which begins with the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. In this study, primary data collection techniques are used, namely by means of interviews and observations, and secondary data collection by means of documentation. To get clearer information as needed in the research. From the research results, it is obtained an overall picture that the Implementation of the Registration Service for New Tax Objects for Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) in Bengkulu City is good enough, it is quite good that the implementation of services at the Bengkulu City Regional Revenue Agency cannot be separated from the role of employees who serve the taxpayer community well and so taxpayers do not have many complaints about service anymore.
