A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Development of ecological buildings
The article presents research on ecological buildings and their influence on the constructional sphere. The aim of the paper is to reveal the essence of ecological architecture showing substantial progress and its potential to stimulate architectural and technological growth. The article also describes relations between the ideas of ecological buildings and the ‘passive house’ concepts and aspects of development as well as describes the possibilities of improving building sustainability and energy efficiency. Article in Lithuanian. Ekologiniai statiniai ir jų plėtros raida Anotacija. Straipsnyje gvildenama ekologinių statinių problematika. Tikslas – nagrinėjant pavyzdžius atskleisti ekologinės architektūros esmę, plėtros tęstinumą bei problemas, potencialą, skatinti tiek architektūros, tiek statybos inžinerijos raidą. Nagrinėjamos ekologinių statinių sąsajos su pasyvaus namo idėjomis, išryškinami jų panašumai ir skirtumai, svarstomos projektavimo koncepcijos, didinančios pastato energinį efektyvumą ir užtikrinančios ilgalaikį ir patogų naudojimą. Reikšminiai žodžiai: ekologinė architektūra, organiškoji architektūra, pasyvus namas, energinis efektyvumas.
