In the final work is prepared the construction project of industrial building with two stories high administrative part in Malūnininkų str. 1 Ginduliai village in Klaipėda district. The total width of the building - 15.22 m and the length - 30.27 m. The building occupies an area of 460.71 m2. The useful area of the Building - 533.23 m2. This building is designed with the pole foundations with foundation beams and pole heads for main columns, which are one of the supporting structures of the building, such as beams and overlays. An outer wall of ceramic clay blocks masonry between columns, insulated with the calculated thermal insulation layer. For facade finishing is selected the trapezoidal facade sheeting. An estimated construction time of the building is 92.5 days, and construction cost based on the calculations made by Sistela software is 481,768.35 € with VAT.
