The subject of master thesis was an administrative building in the port area energy efficiency, the proposed energy optimization model. The theoretical part of the information about the current state of the energy performance of the building, the building's energy performance optimization suggestions. Research methodology in detail describes the experiments, the equipment and materials. Also, in accordance with the available actual values of heat flow studies, to perform the actual partitioning coefficients of thermal conductivity comparisons with the planned technical parameters of the project. Research results and the analysis of the calculations, digital simulation results. According to provisional calculations, the experimental and numerical simulation results, counted necessary investments necessary for the administrative building energy efficiency optimization.
