Pràcticum Construcciones Perez Villora ; Practicum in company Construcciones Pérez Villora S.A.
Within the following pages of this final degree project I will show the experience that I have acquired in the practicum, which was carried out in the company “Construcciones Perez Villora”. During the period of 4 months and a half I have been working mainly in the construction site of St. Paul’s School. That was my principal task. Nevertheless I also helped the managers of the Moll del Llevant, LGTBI BIMSA, Ripollet city council and BSM Civic Agents. In average, I spent 5 hours per day working as an assistant for the construction manager, doing all kind of jobs related to construction that definitely provided me with valuable professional experience as well as helped me in improving and developing personally. This internship in a construction center has complemented my university studies and has allowed me to understand many concepts and skills that are important during the development of construction sites. Thank to this internship I have been able to apply knowledge and concepts which I acquired during my education period, being able therefore to know how to use them in a workplace. The volume and magnitude of the project which I have participated in, have enabled me to develop as a professional in the sector and helped me to learn how to apply theoretical knowledge previously acquired.
