Impregnantų įtaka C35/45 klasės betono savybėms / ; The influence of impregnants upon the characteristics of the C35/45 class concrete.
Concrete and reinforced concrete – all materials used in building, so much focused on the material properties for exploration, development and practical use. The rapid developments in the construction sector, the growing use of chemicals to aid the building, which is constantly, exposed to intern land external factors that best meet these factors. Reinforced concrete hydraulic structures must serve for a long time, because it is built in aggressive environments, they are constantly exposed constantly exposed to the differences in temperature, water level fluctuations, various sulphates and chlorides. These effects causes determine reinforced concrete structures decomposition, so it’s changed in aesthetic appearance of the building and reduce the service life. On purpose to ensure construction protection of structures against aggressive environmental factors, it is necessary to understand and be able to analyze the causes of concrete deterioration, split development tendency and so on. Suitable use of materials to concrete protective impregnation, and properly accomplished maintenance transaction will ensure a longer service life of structures than usually. This work has been investigated impregnated concrete with polymer and mineral additives physical properties: compressive strength of concrete, water permeability of concrete and frost resistance of concrete was determined. Laboratory studies have provider search and the density of the concrete class of mobility. Use 8 different impregnant: A - calcium silicate-based impregnator, B - waterproofing sealer, C - lithium silicate-based impregnator, D - mineral supplement, E - lithium-based impregnator, F - C+E system, G - a two-component mineral impregnator, H - epoxy resin. With the help of investigations revealed that compressive strength of concretes had the greatest positive effect impregnating with F, which increased the compressive strength of concrete more than 11 %. Also with the help of investigations revealed that the greater positive impact on water ...
