Daugiabučių namų modernizavimo technologijų tyrimai / ; Research of modernization technology of apartment buildings.
The purpose of this master final work – to modernization project of apartment building and analyze alternative ways of apartment renovation including preparation for these works and work technology. The object is 1277 sq.m. area, apartment building in Kaišiadorys city. This paper describes research work, analysis of the literature construction regulation and law conditions, building architectural solutions. Main technological part of this work, includes modernization technology of roof and fasade. After technologies comparison, formed a assembly technology card for most optimal technology. The end of paper describes the main principles of building construction organization stages, fire, safety and environmental protection requirements. Work consists of 11 parts: introduction, 7 chapters, conclusions, bibliographical entries and appendices. Scope of work: 100 pages of text, 24 figures, 17 tables, 5 appendixes and 39 bibliographical entries.
