In this article, the requirements of the regions of the Republic and their environment are implemented by creating settlements. In the current period, a new generation of medium-rise houses has been created in the cities of foreign countries, and as a result, a high rate of increasing the density of building construction has been achieved. Information about the construction of the republic, including Samarkand region and villages, 8 district centers and cities, determining its scope and development progress, updating the style of building construction, creating a new modern generation of medium-rise residential houses, not only improving the well-being of rural and urban residents.
