A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism

The EU Horizon 2020 project, Responsible Research & Innovation Networked Globally (RRING), runs from 1 May 2018 to 30 April 2021. Further information - including methodologies and findings - is available at www.rring.eu. The project included a global set of structured interviews that investigated the bottom-up perspectives and experiences of researchers and innovators. The interviews spanned the domains of: digital/ICT; energy; bioeconomy; and waste management. They also spanned the stakeholder types of: research performing organisations (RPOs); research funding organisations (RFOs); industry and business; civil society organisations (CSOs); and policy bodies. In total, 121 interviews were undertaken across 17 countries, across all five UNESCO world regions. This interview was specifically undertaken on 18 June 2019, by the RRING partner, René Baptista. It involved an interview participant(s) with the following demographic characteristics: Country: Bolivia Gender(s): Male Domain(s): Energy Stakeholder type(s): RPO This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 788503.
