Diese Bachelorarbeit umfasst die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) im Lernort Digitale Umformtechnik. Der Entwicklung geht eine Einführung in die Themen Lean Management und Total Productive Maintenance voraus. Verschiedene Methoden des TPM werden verwendet, um ein für den Lernort individuelles Konzept zu erstellen und dieses an einer ersten Maschine zu implementieren. Die Ergebnisse der durchgeführten Recherche, sowie die zur Entwicklung und Implementierung verwendeten Methoden und Konzepte werden detailliert erläutert. ; This paper contains the development and implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in the learning site of digital forming technology. Before developing the concept, an introduction into the subjects Lean Management and Total Productive Maintenance is given. In order to obtain an individual concept for the learning site and implementation on one machine, different methods of TPM are used. The results of the carried-out research and the used methods for development and implementation are described in detail within this paper.
