Project methods: analysis of information sources and construction documents, designing, calculations. The graduation paper is being prepared construction project of the single apartment living house with a garage at Pašaltinio Str. 30 in Bruzdeilynas village in Klaipėdos region. The length of the building is 12.82 meters, the width is 11.82 meters, the height is 8.97 meters. The design of the single apartment house chose monolite type foundations.
