STATE REGULATION LEGAL BASIS OF MARKET LAND RELATIONS IN UKRAINE
The article offers the state regulation peculiarities of land relations in the context of the agricultural land market implementation in Ukraine. It has been established that the state regulation of the land market should be considered through the lens of a set of goals, strategies, forms and methods of implementing state policy to ensure the effective use of the country's resource potential. It was determined that at the state level it is necessary to carry out measures aimed at the formation of an effective and regulated circulation of agricultural land, while ensuring that the interests of both land owners, agricultural producers and the state are taken into account.
