The effect of Emotional Intelligence on the Project Performance: A Mediation Model of Conflict
The research study analyzed the impact of Project management factors i.e. Emotional Intelligence (EI) on the Project Performance (PP). Two Hundred (200) respondents from the Project based Organizations have completed the questionnaire of Project Performance (PP), and Conflict (CF) which shows that Project Performance (PP) has been significantly predicted by Emotional Intelligence (EI) on the Project Performance (PP). It means that Internal Stakeholders (Project Managers, Project Coordinator and Project Team Members) should have good knowledge about these factors to achieve Project Performance (PP) in organized manner. It depicts that with higher ability of planning projects are able to avoid distraction from work, and helps in understanding and solving the problematic situation with full dedication and vigour. Further, the impact of Conflict (CF) as mediator has also been explored in the relationship of Project management factors i.e. Emotional Intelligence with Project Performance (PP).
