PENAMBAHAN BAHAN ADIKTIF CONSOL SG PADA BETON RENCANA FC’ 25 MPa DITINJAU TERHADAP KUAT TEKAN BETON
Planning the concrete mix is a fairly complicated process that increases the concrete's compressive strength. In addition to the grade and quality of the fine and coarse aggregate, the water-cement factor (FAS), or the weight-to-cement ratio, determines the overall quality of the concrete. With the advancement of technology, numerous admixtures are now available to support preserving concrete's quality and workability. The additive Consol SG will be examined in this study. Concrete's initial setting time may be lengthened by adding the additive Consol SG. To calculate the value obtained for the compressive strength of concrete with a specific mixture proportion of the aggregate used as a concrete mixture, this research adopts an experimental method. According to the study's findings, 0.004616 liters of the Consol SG additive, or 0.2% of the cement weight, was used in one cylindrical test item to achieve the concrete planning quality FC' 25 MPa. On day 28, the typical compressive strength of concrete was 25.23 MPa; however, concrete treated with the Consol SG addition mixture had a compressive strength of 26.01 MPa. 3.05% more Consol SG additives were used to the concrete than was used normally. The weight of the test object, which differs by 0.05 kg, and the consequent compressive strength value, which differs by 0.77 MPa, are the two factors that indicate the impact of adding the Consol SG additive to the concrete mixture.
