In the construction sector, the growing popularity of eco-friendly construction has affected the construction of multi-storey buildings, office buildings and individual houses. At present, you can find various organic construction products, starting with insulation materials, building blocks and materials for roofs, and facades. The installation of thatch roofs and facades can seem simple and easy at first glance. Having started analyzing the technological principles of this process, it becomes clear that this is a complicated process that requires a lot of experience and diligence to have a reed layer set up for a long time and look aesthetic. In the Finishing Works Project I have prepared an administrative building in Gargždai, Klaipėda district, reed roofing, reed facade and window installation - installation technological cards that will be used during construction of the building. The object of the thesis: Administrative Building at Dariaus ir Girėno Str. 6 in Gargždai. The modern administrative building will occupy an area of 190.16 m2. On the first floor of the building there will be a lobby with a staircase to the second floor and two separate offices, with their own sanitary room and rest rooms. The second floor of the building is divided into five different offices. The administrative area of the building is 159.93 m2.
