Types of building facades with a plastered system have different types of damage: biological, physical. These damages are caused by the climatic effects - heat, humidity, environmental factors - dirt, building density, technical properties of the materials used in the system. The violations change not only the aesthetic appearance of the building, but also the structure of the customized system of all facades. In order to create a customized system solution for the building, the environmental conditions of the building, the technical characteristics of the materials to be selected and how they interact with each other must be assessed.
