Išmaniojo pastato valdymo sistemos tyrimas ; Research of Smart Building Management System
The final master's thesis deals with the intelligent building management system. The traditional, PID-based, building management system operation principles are reviewed. The conditions and application possibilities for the development of intelligent PVA systems for heating, ventilation and air conditioning control are examined. Examples of the application of artificial intelligence in the management of the HVAC system are analyzed and the results achieved are described. The functionality of the building management system of the analyzed object was evaluated, data were collected and operational deficiencies and HVAC system management errors were identified. Also, the potential energy savings of the research object with more efficient operation of the PVA system were calculated. After analyzing the theoretical and practical features of the building management system, the conclusions of the final work are presented. Structure: introduction, literature review, research part, conclusions, references. Thesis consists of: 70 p. text without appendixes, 39 pictures, 6 tables, 32 bibliographical entries.
