Old City Hall looking northeast across Broad Street. Designed by local architect Andrew Jackson Warner, and built in 1873-74, it was Rochester's first city hall from 1875 until its offices were relocated to the old Federal Building in 1978. The bell tower houses a massive 6,230 pound bell dating to 1851.
