PELAKSANAAN PERJANJIAN PEMBORONGAN PEKERJAAN GEDUNG PARKIR REPRESENTATIF DI KOTA BUKITTINGGI ANTARA DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM (PU) KOTA BUKITTINGGI DENGAN PT. LINCE ROMAULI RAYA
Construction of the parking deck agreement between the Department of public works city of Bukittinggi (PU) with PT. Lince Romauli Kingdom, in practice PT. Lince Romauli Kingdom does not implement kewajibanya in accordance with the agreed treaty. Formulation of the problem in this study is 1) how does the implementation of the Covenant in the Parking Building Work Chartering Bukittinggi Among public works city of Bukittinggi (PU) with PT. Lince Romauli Kingdom? 2) what are the constraints encountered in the implementation of the Covenant in the Parking Building Work Chartering Bukittinggi Among public works city of Bukittinggi (PU) with PT. Lince Romauli Kingdom? This research is the juridical sociological research, the source of data is the primary data and secondary data. Engineering data collection through interviews and document studies, data analysis using qualitative methods. Conclusion this research: 1) PT. Lince Romauli Kingdom could not complete the work in accordance with the Treaty, despite being given extra time PT. Lince Romauli Kingdom could only finish the 70% of its work, PT. Lince Romauli Kingdom low-quality building material which resulted in damage to the Foundation of the building, construction and workmanship not in accordance with design drawings. 2) constraints experienced at the time of the passing of the development process, PT. Lince Romauli Kingdom dihadapakan on building goods price increase causes PT. Lince Romauli Kingdom's difficulty in expense budget.Keywords: Agreements, Chartering, Tort
