The background of this research is the fluctuation budgeting of bjb syariah in ciawi branch office , it means that the profitability is got by bjb syariah in ciawi branch office influence of budgeting problem. This researcher has some questions about this problem as follow ; 1. Budgeting problem of bjb syariah in ciawi brach office 2. Profitability of bjb syariah in ciawi brach office 3. budgeting problem influences profitability of bjb syariah in ciawi brach office This reseach uses quantitative method, this technic (field research) is direct observe to bjb, interview, documentations, it is documents or reports and some books or journal that have related with this problem. Analysis technic uses examine intrument and any kind of finance ratio According to this theory and analysis that has stated by the researcher above, it can be summarised as follow 1. The budgeting problem of bjb syariah in ciawi brach office 2014 is 3,16% ,it is smaller than in 2013 that is 5,60% and in 2015 is 6,80%. It’s include of safe category 2. The Fluctuation budgeting of bjb syariah in ciawi branch office 3. Budgeting problem has great influence of profitability of bjb syariah in ciawi branch office Because if the budgeting problem is great the sum of profitability that got by bjb syariah in ciawi branch office is low.
