Retrospektive Analyse von Lebensqualität und Schmerz-Outcome nach operativer Behandlung lumbaler Rezidivbandscheibenvorfälle. ; Retrospective clinical study about the life quality after the reoperation of recurrent lumbar disc herniation.
In dieser retrospektiven Studie wurden die klinischen Ergebnisse von Lebensqualität und Schmerz-Outcome nach operativer Behandlung lumbaler Rezidivbandscheibenvorfälle untersucht. Befragt wurden 44 Patienten, die in der Neurochirurgischen Klinik und Poliklinik des Klinikum rechts der Isar der TUM reoperiert wurden. Verwendet wurden Standard-Fragebögen mit allgemeinen Fragen, sowie Oswestry Disability Index, SF-36, and EQ-5D. Das Follow-Up betrug im Durchschnitt 40,5 Monate. Die Zufriedenheitsquote lag bei 80%. Daraus können wir schließen, dass dieser Eingriff absolut empfehlenswert ist. ; The aim of this retrospective clinical Study was to assess the pain outcomes and Life quality of repeat surgery for recurrent lumbar disc herniation. The sample included 44 patients who underwent reoperation in the Department from Neurosurgery at the University Hospital from TUM. Clinical outcomes were assessed using general questionnaires, Oswestry Disability Index, SF-36, and EQ-5D, with an average follow-up of 40,5 months. The results of this operation are reported as being 80% satisfactory. Therefore making this procedure is absolutely recommended.
