The tofu industry in Jogoroto District is one of the industries that produces liquid waste in Jombang Regency. The liquid waste generated from tofu production is directly disposed of into the river without any management, causing water pollution which can damage the biota in the river and can disturb the surrounding community due to its pungent smell. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Environmental Protection and Management Policy in the tofu industry in Jogoroto District. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the Environmental Protection and Management Policy in the tofu industry in Jogoroto District had been implemented but was not optimal due to a lack of understanding from the community, ignorance of the community, lack of supporting resources, and lack of firm law enforcement.
