The project consists in the study of a terraced house in Brno a family that needs to be rehabilitated in order to be habitable again. The housing dates of the year 1923 and since then has suffered several modifications along its history. The study centers on knowing the building and its constructive characteristics, the used materials, the study of the different injuries that have taken place (been produced) in the different constructive systems and its evaluation, diagnosing its causes and looking for preventive measurements to fight them. In addition to studying the causes there will be valued the possible interventions to be realized to fight them and we will center especially on the wooden structure of the covering of the roof. Our target is to rehabilitate the structure to preserve its original condition and the substitution of the roof for the new one with a current and effective constructive system as it is the warm covering. ; Outgoing
