In my final Bachelor’s project entitled “Block-of-flats in Gytariai” I have made a project of block-of-flats in Šiauliai city, Gytariai district. Site, in which I plan this object, is to be bound by Gytariai and Kviečių street. The building is six-storey with basement, has one staircase unit and one elevator. Building type – corridor-type, id est., one can get to all flats in certain storey from one shared corridor. In each storey there are 6 flats. 5 of those mentioned flats are 2-room flats, and 1 is 3-room flat. This Bachelor project consist of four main parts: 1. ARCHITECTURAL PART; 2. THE CALCULATION OF HOLDING CONSTRUCTIONS; 3. TECHNOLOGICAL AND ECONOMICAL PART; 4. CALCULATION OF THE BUILDING’S HEATING SYSTEM. First part describes site and building, there is given general information about the building, constructions of the building and engineering communications. The second part is devoted to the calculation of holding constructions. There is a calculation of reinforced concrete balcony slab GBP 100, square hollow cross-section steel column 100x100x2 and foundation made from foundation blocks. Third part includes selection of mobile crane, concluded cost of separate flat in finishing and calculation of hollow core slabs made the installation of emissions. In the fourth part there are calculations of building barriers heating conductivity, comparison with nominal values. Heat wastage in all building is calculated and there is made balancing of the heating system. The object is designed according to all construction of technical regulations, sanitary norms and other sources which are referenced in the reading list.
