MCDM taikymo BIM modeliuose galimybių tyrimas ; Feasibility study on application of MCDM to BIM models
This thesis covers the analysis of the options, benefits and needs of an application of multi criteria decision making (MCDM) to building information models (BIM) for different lifecycle stages - design, construction planning and construction, asset management (operation) and full building lifecycle. In this paper described concept of integrated BIM-MCDM model, the application of the BIM-MCDM algorithm and analyze of the main MCDM methods which could be applied to model. It also includes the analysis of the model associated databases and the benefits of automation of BIMMCDM model. Prepared model adapted to decision making of the real dwelling house at Savanoriu pr. 6A, Vilnius alternatives of windows and roofs. Indicators of BIM elements, results of energy simulations, life-cycle analysis are used for MCDM perform calculations based on three different methods. Results of calculations shows the most effective alternatives of windows, roofs and integrated solutions. After theoretical and practical analysis of feasibility of application of MCDM to BIM models presented conclusions and recommendations. Structure: introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 66 p. text without appendixes, 20 pictures, 21 tables, 70 bibliographical entries.
