Rolamaito tipo mechanizmų eksperimentiniai tyrimai / ; Experimental Investigation of Rolamite Type Mechanisms.
An analysis of friction force decreasing by vibrations in mechanisms is presented. The decrease of a real contact area between the surfaces of contacting elements is the cause of friction force decrease. Magnifying the amplitude of oscillations of a vibrating element may cause the formation of a vibration film between contacting elements. A research of dynamical characteristics of three-types vibrating rollers in Rolamite type mechanisms (RTM) was conducted in continuous and start – stop regimes on a specially designed device. Is established that RTM with spinning vibrating rollers as opposed to the other type rollers have the greater lifting capacity and are much more sensitive.
